Current Responsibilities Kim Meyer joined Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq retail brokerage group as a Senior Director in 2011. In this role, she is focusing on tenant representation services to retail clients and leasing properties for retail owners and developers. Kim works with owners, developers and retailers to provide strategic planning, market research and site selection. A partial client list includes: Panda Express Dots Pier 1 imports Freeziac Red Robin Robert Muir Company Doran Companies Ron Clark Construction & Design Henderson Global Investors Invesco Real Estate Past Experience Prior to 2011, Kim was wih Robert Muir Company for six years as the Vice President of Leasing and was responsible for all leasing and related marketing for the company and its portfolio of six shopping centers totaling 1,800,000 square feet. Prior to 2005, Kim was with United Properties for five years as a Senior Retail Associate where she handled leasing in addition to providing tenant representation services for various clients and developers. Some of her past clients include Fidelity Investments, Lifetime Fitness, T-Mobile, The Complete Garage, Acme Tools, Hollywood Video and Baja Fresh. Professional and Community Involvement Kim is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA)and the Minnesota ommercial Associations of Realtors (MNCAR). Education Kim holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and is also a licensed commercial pilot and certified flight instructor.
