Current Responsibilities
As executive vice president of Occupier and Investor Services, Lisa is responsible for the oversight of the property management, lease administration, facility management, project management, property accounting, and engineering and maintenance departments of Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq. The division employs more than 300 property managers, facility managers, accountants, engineers and support staff.
Past Experience
Before joining United Properties, the predecessor to Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, Lisa was an assistant vice president for Welsh Companies where she managed office, industrial and retail properties for a number of institutional/entrepreneurial real estate investors.
Professional and Community Involvement
Lisa is a member, past President and current Board of Directors member of the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). She is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Lisa is on the Board of Directors for Hammer, an organization providing quality services for persons with developmental disabilities and was named the Business Journal's Industry Leader for Women in Business in 2012.
Lisa has received the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA, the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM, and the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
Education
She has a bachelor of science degree with majors in business management and psychology from St. Cloud State University.
