Current Responsibilities
Ronn Thomas joined the Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq in 2002, specializing in tenant representation and the sale/leasing of retail and hospitality properties in the Twin Cities and out state markets of Minnesota. He received the Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq “Rising Star” Award in 2003 as an exceptional up-and-comer in the brokerage business as well as MNCAR’s 2004 “Retail Transaction of the Year." Ronn has also been a member of the prestigious Offshore Club awarded to the company’s top producers.

Past Experience
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, Ronn was a Boeing 727 captain for Sun Country Airlines where he was selected to be an instructor and a check airman. Prior to flying for the airlines, he was an associate at Commercial Leasing Services in Rochester, Minn.
Professional and Community Involvement
Ronn is President of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). He is currently pursuing a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Education
Ronn earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and financial management from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.
