Current Responsibilities
Bradley Kaplan joined the Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq retail brokerage group in 2007, as a retail associate. In this role he focuses on landlord and tenant representation in the Twin Cities and out-state Minnesota markets. Most recently, Brad focused on a special leasing project representing United Properties Investment in the Greater Milwaukee market. In 2008, Brad was the recipient of Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq’s Internal Customer Service Award.
Past Experience
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, Brad worked with Grubb & Ellis|Northco Real Estate Services as an associate in its retail brokerage group.

Professional and Community Involvement
Brad is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), where he participates on the golf committee as well as the research committee. He is also a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and ChainLinks Retail Advisors. He also holds a real estate license in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
In addition, Brad is acting in the Minneapolis Jewish Federation, a board member of Hopkins Youth Hockey Association, and a you coachk for Big Willow baseball and Hopkins football league.
Education
Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Cloud State University.
